Toggle to show measurements to others.#413

Would greatly appreciate a way to let others see our current measurement lines.

For example, when I’m presenting a minimal view for use during in-person games, I’d love a way for the measurements that I’m currently drawing on my DM screen to also show on the presented view for the benefit of my players at the table.
