Resize stat blocks automatically when toggling a panel#287

When a stat block is vertically expanded and a panel is opened, the panel is hidden beneath the stat block. The stat block should resize to allow the panel to be visible.

When a stat block is opened while a panel is open, the stat block should expand vertically when the panel is closed.
